I don't know what excites Zach more -- eating his cereal and fruit, or getting to play with his spoon when he is done.

Victoria's Birthday Party
We had a good time at Victoria's 2nd birthday party this past weekend. Zach wasn't too interested in the petting zoo, but he was fascinated with everyone's beer bottles.
First Trip to the Park
We took advantage of some nice weather to visit our local park. Zach had fun on the slide and the swing.
More Easter fun.
Zach had a great time playing with his new Easter toys and the grass in his Easter basket.
Easter Monday
Jason camped out all Friday night to get us tickets to the White House Easter Egg Roll. You can see in these pictures how excited Zach was by his first trip to the White House.
He did perk up at the end though, for a family picture.

Mommy and the Big Man
Since I'm usually taking the pictures, there are not many of me and Zach together. I stopped by his daycare at lunch the other day, and his favorite teacher, Ms. Shanelle, snapped this one of me and him after he was done playing in the pit of Easter grass. He, of course, tried to eat the grass.

Family Visit Over the Weekend
We had a whole bunch of vistors this weekend -- Dziadek, Gram-mary, Auntie Jenn and her friend Heather. We walked all around DC on Sunday afternoon and spent a bunch of time at the Holocaust Museum. Here's Big Z with his Dziadek at the museum.

6 Month Stats
We had our 6 month pedi visit last Friday. Zach weighed in at 21 lbs., 6 oz., was 28 3/4 inches long, and had a head circumference of 18 1/2 inches. We grow them big in my family!
Of course he developed an eye rash over the weekend and we had to make another trip back to the doctor on Monday. The only good thing was that it gave me the chance to ask all the questions that I forgot on Friday!
Dinner at Judge Rosemary's
We went to Judge Rosemary's annual clerk's dinner, and Zach was the big hit. Only the Judge and Jan knew last year that I was pregnant with Zach. This year he and Daddy work matching sweater vests.
Watching football is fun
Especially when Ms. Emery shares her beer bottle.

Our Valentine's Day Art Project
Zach had fun with paint making Valentine's Day cards. I was almost as dirty as he was.
I voted!
Taken a few weeks ago...
Zach was home sick, and we had to go vote for Hillary. So, I bundled him up for the quick walk to our local polling station. Zach even got a "Future Voter" sticker -- fun!
